We always find what we’re looking for in the last place we look. Too bad we can’t look there first.
Suddenly, it’s becoming really difficult to find an enclosed 5×8 trailer.
Our first choice in trailer rentals majorly fubar’ed the reservation, so now the SO is calling everyone and their brother, trying to find a rental. U-Haul is a bit dodgy, since they don’t really do rentals for trips like ours (only one-ways and day rentals), but maybe we can talk our way into their hearts.
Or not. If everyone has 5×8 trailers because they are so popular, then why doesn’t anyone have them when we need them? Why don’t they have more, because they are so POPULAR?!?!?!? (sigh)
Oh, and we can probably look at spending $800-$1200 for one, ourselves. Not like we have the money for that at the moment.
