I do so love your pizza.
HEY! Our favorite pizza place in Madison, Glass Nickel Pizza Company, which we’ve been fans of since they opened their first shop in 1997, actually has a branch that opened in Brookfield. That means, after a 5 year drought, we can have good pizza again!
I saw a delivery car on my way out of the gym this afternoon. As I was telling Dan about it, he said, “Great! Let’s order some tonight!” So we did. And it tastes just as good as it used to. Mmmmmm, fresh…
What I didn’t know, having looked at their website, was that they are pretty environmentally sound, at least in theory. They have a fleet of alternative-fuel/hybrid cars, and they try to reclaim energy in their restaurants.
I’m just happy I can order pizza again.
